Digital products are available instantly. Your download link appears on the order confirmation page and is emailed to you immediately after purchase — no shipping required.

Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, or a package is marked delivered but missing, email support@bento316.com and we'll resolve it.
