We want you confident in every Bento316 purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

Physical products

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number and reason. Once approved and received, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Digital downloads (Steady Step Printables)

Because digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all digital sales are final. If you have trouble downloading or opening a file, contact us and we'll make it right.
